Message	clear coated, so he just didnt clear coat it like alot of others do. Second of all a nine sec street supra is a pretty common thing these days, they are in the 8's already with manuals, full interior and ac. Third of all I dont like the way engine bays look uncleared. If you want to do things on the motor a flat color it looks good. Eitherway its youre car do what you want.
